Wang Yang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Chairman of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, then Vice Governor of Anhui Province, inspected Sanlian Pump Industry in August 1998.

The "Hexian Zhahua Factory" was jointly established in Hecheng in the form of workshop production.

The "Hexian Xibu Agricultural Implements Repair Factory" (later renamed "Xibu Agricultural Implements Factory") was established.

The "Hexian Shiyang Agricultural Implements Factory" was established.
1968
The repair workshop of Hexian Cotton Grinding Factory was separated out, and the "Hexian Cotton Ginning Machinery Parts Factory" was established on its basis.
1970
Hexian Shiyang Agricultural Implements Factory and Xibu Agricultural Implements Factory each have their own finalized water pump products and have become designated water pump production factories in the province.

Hexian Shiyang Agricultural Implements Factory was renamed "Hexian Water Pump Repair Factory".

Hexian Xibu Agricultural Implements Factory was renamed "Hexian Water Pump Factory".

The new Hexian Water Pump Repair Factory was completed and put into production, and was renamed "Hexian Industrial Pump Factory".

Hexian Water Pump Factory and Hexian Industrial Pump Factory have both obtained Product Production Licenses for six varieties of two series, IS clean water pumps and IH chemical pumps, issued by the State Machinery Commission.

Hexian Industrial Pump Factory contracted Hexian Zhahua Accessories Factory and Hexian Water Pump Factory.

In order to concentrate advantages and form economies of scale, the three factories merged to form the "Hexian Water Pump Factory".

As the main sponsor, Hexian Water Pump Factory, together with two legal entities, Hexian Zhahua Parts Factory and Hexian Sanlian Auto Repair Factory, established Anhui Sanlian Pump Industry Co., Ltd. through targeted fundraising.

In 1996, the Anhui Provincial Commission for Restructuring the Economic System issued a document entitled "Notice on Reconfirming Sanlian Pump Industry Co., Ltd.", agreeing to confirm Sanlian Pump Industry as a joint-stock company.
2003
Sanlian Pump Industry has undergone a new restructuring. After bidding and auctioning in accordance with the law, the state-owned shares of Anhui Sanlian Pump Industry Co., Ltd. were withdrawn, and the assets were transferred to 47 natural persons including He Xiangyan in accordance with the law. The legal representative of the company is He Xiangyan.
2010
In April 2010, we established Kubota Sanlian Pump Industry (Anhui) Co., Ltd. in a joint venture with Kubota Corporation of Japan.
